Meet The Founder: Iris Gloria

Born from the planning season that shaped Axial Theory.

Axial Theory was founded by Iris Gloria following her experience planning her own wedding and navigating the challenges that often accompany complex events.

Throughout the planning process, she encountered a recurring challenge: venue research, vendor evaluation, and planning decisions often required extensive independent investigation, while available recommendations rarely provided the context necessary to evaluate options with confidence.

From Experience To Practice

A way of approaching events with clarity, organization, and thoughtful execution.

The experience highlighted the value of thoughtful guidance, organized planning, and a more intentional approach to navigating event decisions.

Iris established Axial Theory to bring greater clarity, direction, and care to events where decisions, details, timing, and experience need to come together with intention.

What Axial Theory Is

A perspective for planning with clarity.

Axial Theory approaches events as connected experiences where decisions, timing, place, people, and details all shape the outcome.

The work is guided by context, care, and the belief that every recommendation begins with understanding.
