Services
Planning, design, and florals for events of all kinds.
Axial Theory works across weddings, private celebrations, corporate gatherings, brand events, destination events, and multi-day experiences.
No two events need the same level of support. Some clients come to us at the very beginning, while others already have a venue, vendors, or much of the planning in place.
Our services are offered individually or together, so you can work with us for planning, event design, floral design, or a combination of the three.
01
Event Planning
Planning support is shaped around where you are in the process and how involved you would like us to be.
This may include venue and vendor sourcing, budget organization, timelines, transportation, guest logistics, production planning, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
We can step in from the beginning or join once parts of the event have already been planned.
02
Event Design
Event design is for clients who want help developing how the event will look, feel, and come together.
We work through the overall direction of the event, including color, furniture and rentals, tablescapes, layouts, signage, styling, and the details guests will experience throughout the space.
Design can be booked on its own or alongside planning and floral services.
03
Floral Design
Floral design is available as a standalone service or as part of a larger event design or planning engagement.
Depending on the event, this may include personal flowers, ceremony arrangements, table florals, statement pieces, installations, and floral details throughout the celebration.
Each floral plan is developed around the event, the setting, and the overall design direction.
How It Works
Work with us in the way that makes sense for your event.
You do not need to hire Axial Theory for every part of the event.
We may be brought in solely for florals, to lead the design while another planner handles coordination, or to oversee the planning, design, and floral direction together.
The scope is built around what you already have in place and where you would like our involvement.
Event Readiness Review
For clients who have already done most of the planning.
The Event Readiness Review is for clients who have planned much of the event themselves and would like a thorough review before the event takes place.
We look at the timeline, confirmed vendors, responsibilities, logistics, transportation, floor plans, guest experience, production needs, and anything that may still need to be addressed.
If the review shows that additional planning or coordination would be helpful, we can discuss that separately.
Where We Work
Local, destination, and international events.
Axial Theory is not limited to one region. We consider events based on the location, scope, schedule, and services needed.
Whether the event is close to home or abroad, we determine what support is needed based on the event itself.
Investment
Pricing is based on the scope of work.
Investment varies depending on the services selected, event location, guest count, timeline, production needs, complexity, and the level of involvement required.
Custom proposals are provided after an initial consultation.
Getting Started
Tell us where you are in the process.
When you inquire, share a little about the event, the location, your date or timeframe, approximate guest count, what has already been planned, and the services you are considering.
From there, we can determine what makes sense for the event and put together a scope based on what you actually need.
