Do you only work with weddings?
No. Weddings are one part of the work. Axial Theory also supports private, social, professional, destination, and hospitality-driven events.
What if I am still deciding on a location or venue?
You may begin before a location or venue has been selected. Early guidance can help clarify priorities, evaluate options, and understand how location affects guest experience, logistics, budget, and planning structure.
Can Axial Theory assist if planning has already begun?
Yes. Some clients begin at the earliest planning stage, while others seek support after a venue, vendors, or key decisions are already in place. The engagement is shaped around the current state of the event.
Can Axial Theory review plans that are already in place?
Yes. Existing plans, vendor selections, timelines, logistics, floor plans, guest touchpoints, and outstanding decisions can be reviewed to identify what requires attention before execution.
What if I only need support during the final stages of planning?
Final-stage support may be available for clients who do not need full planning involvement but want additional review, organization, and coordination before the event.
Do you offer concierge support?
Concierge support may be available for events with guest-facing hospitality needs, including travel information, accommodations, transportation details, itinerary guidance, arrival notes, and related communication.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. Axial Theory considers domestic and international events. Travel requirements are reviewed as part of the overall scope and planning structure.
Do you work with events of all sizes?
Yes. Guest count is one consideration, but complexity, timing, movement, guest experience, location, vendor structure, and logistical requirements are often more important than size alone.
How far in advance should I reach out?
Earlier is recommended for destination events, multi-day programs, and dates with limited availability. Axial Theory may also support clients who are already actively planning, depending on scope and timing.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
The event details are reviewed first. If the inquiry appears aligned, a consultation may be scheduled to discuss scope, timing, planning needs, guest considerations, and next steps.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is determined by event type, location, guest count, timeline, complexity, concierge requirements, and level of involvement. Proposals are prepared individually after consultation.
Do clients pay vendors directly?
Yes. Clients maintain direct contractual and financial relationships with their selected vendors. Axial Theory does not collect or distribute vendor payments on behalf of clients.
Can I continue working with vendors I have already selected?
Yes. Axial Theory can work alongside selected vendors, provided the arrangement supports the event’s needs, planning objectives, and execution requirements.
